ABOUT OUR CLUB: The Northern California Australian Shepherd Club, or "NorCal" as we call it, covers a wide range of territory in Northern California. We have members in the Sacramento area and surrounding foothills, Bay area, Santa Rosa area, and the San Joaquin Valley. We are ASCA's 2nd oldest affiliate club, established in 1972. We have members interested in all areas of Aussie competition.
EVENTS: We host an annual show in Dixon California over Memorial Day Weekend, featuring conformation, junior handling, and obedience. We also have a fall show in Dixon as well, and we host an occasional stock dog trial as well. Watch the "Coming Events" page of this website for information on the events we have in the works!
We have also featured educational programs in the past, such as seminars on grooming, flyball, Aussie genetics (with C.A. Sharp), and other events.
